Why we created SigmaCRM
SigmaCRM started with a real need from a small, family-owned tyre and car-service shop in the heart of Transylvania, Romania. They were looking to scale their business efficiently in a competitive market, without the need to build a full in-house marketing team.
Like nearly 75% of small- and mid-sized businesses in the EU, they were relying on manual processes and disconnected tools to manage customer relationships and marketing.
That experience shaped how we built SigmaCRM: We created a low-barrier to entry platform, designed specifically for small, mid-sized and family-run businesses. You can start automating your processes without a steep learning curve or extensive training.
